I enjoy joining my clients on their walk towards goals they feel will help them create the life they want to live. We can choose to take any obstacles we might face and examine them with a lens of curiosity, understanding, and compassion. I hold the personal and professional stance that we build resilience through diversity and honoring all parts of ourselves: past, present, and future. This helps to organize our goals and to make room for any potential growth edges that need to smoothened out. I lead with my whole self into meetings and I invite anyone I work with to do the same!

Across my training, with those I’ve been honored to work with, I have come to describe my practice as multiculturally grounded. From this place, I collaboratively work with my clients to understand their context and how your unique goals fit into that context. I particularly have expertise in: LGBTQIA+, POCs, and persons who have an experience of trauma.

I am also knowledgeable about the kink and fetish community and have experience working with sexual desire concerns and paraphilia.
