I enjoy working with high-achieving young professional’s, millenials, entrepreneurs and BIPOC populations.
My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, stengthening self-esteem, stress management, trauma, issues with setting boundaries, people pleasing tendencies, relationship issues, trauma, life transitions and impostor syndrome.
Utilizing a collaborative, strengths-based approach (Informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavioral patterns or negative perceptions that cause you distress. Together we will explore ways to help you manage such distress so that you feel more in control, balanced and in the moment.
The first session will be an Intake Assessment to get to know more about you and together we’ll identify targeted goals for treatment. During follow up sessions, you could expect to unpack baggage, process challenges, be challenged, gain insight, feel supported, encouraged and may receive homework in between sessions.Transformation may feel hard at times and occurs outside of your therapy sessions.
