I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist trained in the practice of individual, couple, family, and group therapy. I enjoy working with individuals (ages 13 and up), couples, and families. I take a person-centered approach to therapy. I believe that everyone is unique and a “cookie-cutter” approach is not effective. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, self-esteem issues, adjusting to life transitions, relational concerns, and familial concerns.
