About TreDella Hall, LPC, NCC, CSAC, LSATP, SOTP-in training, CCTS-I

“When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves” -Viktor Frankl

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, my goal is to assist you in enhancing your overall ability to cope with stressors, increase self-awareness, and enhance resiliency. By utilizing an integrated approach we will work together as I aide you in establishing and maintaining relationships, utilizing refusal and coping skills in an effort to elicit behavioral change. Everyone is unique in how they identify themselves, situations and outcomes; therefore, I have experience in use of modalities to include Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Structured Family Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy in order to ensure that your therapeutic goals are addressed. I am transparent and genuine in working with clients as my goal is to provide you with proper care in hopes that you gain the full benefits of treatment.
