As an associate clinical social worker, my mission is to deliver supportive and non-judgmental care by establishing strong therapeutic relationships that start with compassion, acceptance, and respect. I believe the therapist’s role is to journey with clients through challenges of daily living and exploring how past trauma may be impacting life. With a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Seeking Safety, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I provide a unique type of care. I have worked with all age groups and am excited to support and assist clients in dealing with the chaos of life.
