Life can be challenging, and many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure of their next step. I work with teens, adults, parents, couples, veterans, first responders and their families who want to better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and find hope during difficult seasons of life. As a Navy Veteran and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I value service, resilience, and genuine human connection.
