I am an active student pursuing my PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in Military Families. I have over 20 years of service in the areas of abuse, alcohol and drugs outpatient and residential, behavioral health, correctional, domestic violence, grief and loss, suicide loss and trauma settings. I specialize in drug and alcohol counseling, suicide prevention among combat Veterans, and civilians; mood disorders, rage and violence. I provide additional specialty services to civilian survivors of sexual assault and molestation.
Ultimately, I aspire to equip the healing minds of overcomers with tools and provide keys to inspire overcomers to thrive!

I desire to “Lend a Hand Up” in order to help people overcome pain and trauma while restoring wholeness, wellness, self esteem, self worth and self-efficacy within a judgement free zone. I can help you work through irrational beliefs, negative thoughts and maladaptive behaviors. I can equip you with coping skills and resources to improve your quality of life.
