I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a NC Certified Professional School Counselor. I am an “eclectic counselor”, who enjoys deriving ideas and styles from a diverse range of methods and techniques from different schools of thought. I have committed my life experience to looking, listening, and learning how to best empower and encourage people to adapt and overcome. I currently work as a full-time Contractor at a group practice, Collaborative Pathways Wellness Center PLLC, located in the Charlotte, NC area. I’ll be transitioning August 1 to an office space in Monroe, NC and continue to serve the Union and Mecklenburg County area.
My counseling modalities consist of individual, couples and families, driven by Solution-Focused, Reality, Structural and Strategic Family Therapeutic styles. I have sizable experience in academic/career counseling, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and transition, with adults, adolescents, and military personnel/families.
