I am a native of Detroit, Michigan. I provide compassionate, non judgmental services to help navigate life challenges, and help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. I have provided services to age demographics across the lifespan as well as group work.

In my practice I use treatment approaches and techniques from Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Solution-Focused, and Client Centered Therapy tailored to each client. I have experience working with those that face pregnancy loss, grief, loss, bereavement, anxiety, depression, college issues, and sexual abuse, child welfare, amongst others.

Sharing experiences and emotions in a safe environment paired with learning coping techniques can help you face the future with renewed hope.
