About Tracy A Long, LPC Associate, NCC, BC-TMH, CCTP, Supervised by Julie Reck, LPC-S

Life Feeling Like a Constant Struggle? Lack the desire to do anything pleasurable? Sleep more than you’re used to or can’t sleep at all? Always on edge? Withdrawn? Feel undervalued, dismissed, unheard? You don’t have to struggle alone.

Shades of Resilience Counseling strives to provide a holding space for BIPOC communities, particularly Black and African Americans to feel empowered to learn new coping skills and develop strategies necessary to engage in meaningful work, create healthy relationships, and live more fulfilling lives.

Let me help. I offer strength-based, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive individual therapy, group therapy, and mindfulness meditation practice workshops.

In our work together, I want you to feel like you’re just having a conversation in a safe space where you feel comfortable enough to share your innermost thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. My goal is to help you to develop a better understanding of your place in the world and feel confident in yourself and in your abilities to make informed decisions that are best for you to navigate your life.

Resilience looks different for everyone. Let’s work together to find the hidden reserves of Courage and Resilience within You.
