About Sallan Therapy
Since 2013, I have helped many busy, driven professionals who feel “stuck” in their relationships and career as well as disconnected from themselves and others who matter to them. Many of my clients seek out therapy as a result of experiencing anxiety in various forms, imposter syndrome, excessive worry, and burnout. I use integrative techniques tailored to your specific needs, based on my years of practice, clinical experience, and training, to help you improve your quality of life, relationships, and overall well-being.
I offer a warmly collaborative, open, and at times, gently challenging approach to help my clients enhance their lives and relationships. While I enjoy working with individuals from various cultural backgrounds, I also focus on Asian/South Asian clients and First-Generation Americans/adult children of immigrants.
Clients should expect to gain personal insight, identify and change problematic patterns, and use deepened self-awareness to improve their relationships with themselves and others.
