My potential clients are ADHD and Autistic teens (13+) and adults who are navigating the challenges that are often present in therapy for neurodivergent people. You shouldn’t have to explain stimming, or mask your traits in therapy. It’s exhausting! (Trust me, I know) Some of these challenges can even cause you to struggle to hold a job or maintain healthy relationships. I also work with LGBTQIA+ / BIPOC adults in navigating life transitions, relational issues, and grief. Together through the strength of a conscious alliance, we can navigate just about anything! And if not, I will work as hard as I can to get you to someone who can!
