About Rochelle Powell,

Searching for relief from from the stresses of daily life? Well, you can breathe easier now. There will always be time for others, but now is your chance to “reclaim your time” and focus on building and recognizing your self worth. In therapy, we will begin healing the hurts that left you with anxiety and self-doubt. We’ll work to develop the internal voice of encouragement you need in order to stop negative thought patterns in their tracks, while walking towards your light and your purpose. Are you working to become a more peaceful, optimistic person? Try a unique approach to conquering past traumas and understanding yourself with Unity Therapy.

Releasing these traumas through talk therapy and expressive techniques can inspire your creative side. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker trained in trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, women’s issues, and the use of healthy coping skills to ensure a judgment-free, heart-expanding experience. I enjoy using art techniques, music, meditation, and poetry in therapy. I am a Master’s level graduate of the Florida State University College of Social Work, who has been serving the community since 2010.

I can’t wait to meet with you and explore the place where your healing and hopefulness begin. Your future awaits, and you can answer the call with an open mind, a patient heart, and a beautiful perspective on even the heaviest and hardest things in your life. Tap into the resilience your heart holds.
