Welcome Nicole to our practice! Nicole is a 25 year army veteran with experience working with military and their families. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our practice. She enjoys working with women on their way to their optimal wellness. We primarily utilize a strengths-based approach to counseling to help clients deal with life transitions. We can help individuals experiencing depression or anxiety. We also work with couples, children, teens, groups, using a Christian-focus (if preferred) as well as using CBT, DBT and trauma-informed therapies. We are an inclusive practice. If you are experiencing challenges, life transitions, depression or anxiety- We are here to help! So if you are experiencing a life transition whether planned or unplanned, don’t go through these changes alone. We can assist you in tapping into your strengths and finding resources to accomplish your goals. Sessions are offered virtually or safely in person.
