I am particularly sensitive to those who are pushed to the margins of society due to their identities, and provide support and psychoeducation to mitigate the harmful impacts of racism, including colorism, texturism (hair), and featurism (societal preference for Eurocentric facial structures). I am here to help you understand your symptoms, and change your relationship to difficult emotional and physical experiences, through an anti-oppressive lens, while working with you to identify factors and situations contributing to suffering and work towards gaining a sense of control and wellbeing.
