My practice primarily focuses on relationships as specialize in helping families that have children with disabilities and how the stress of caring for the children can affect the various relationships within the family. I work with people that are experiencing anxiety and how this can hold them back on prospering and relationships and in life as well as those experiencing depression and how it does the same thing I also work with couples and families again relationships I feel are extremely important in our ability to grow and to interact within them is important. My goal is to help my clients to become the absolute best version of themselves so that they can live the most meaningful life possible.
