I strongly believe that individuals have the tools and strengths within themselves to conquer and move through any challenge. At times, we may need gentle guidance as well as a safe, welcoming environment in order to uncover those strengths and end unhealthy thinking patterns that leave us stuck.

My approach is nurturing yet direct in moments where one needs to feel empowered. I look at therapy as a collaboration where you are the expert and I am here to offer an alternative perspective. In the course of my career, I have counseled individuals, families and couples struggling with many different issues including depression, communication barriers, conflict resolution, anxiety, anger management, marital issues and grief and loss.
