I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples on both an inpatient and outpatient basis. I was born and raised in Norfolk, VA where I continue to practice and serve my community.

I understand that each person is an individual and tailor my therapeutic approach to that individual while incorporating Cognitive Based, Solution Focused, and Humanistic techniques. I believe that each individual and family has the ability to overcome whatever obstacles they face, and will work to help you unlock that potential while increasing self-esteem, empowerment, and connectedness.
