Do you feel unsure about how to take the first step? Whether you’re coping with anxiety and depression, trying to get back on track after a traumatic event, or dealing with life stressors,

Joanne is passionate about supporting young people and adults in navigating the far-reaching effects of trauma. empathetic and empowering with the goal of building a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.

She employs a compassionate, strengths-based approach to building self-esteem and establishing concrete coping skills to assist clients in promoting resilience, life-enhancing outcomes and psychological well-being.

Joanne has experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, life transitions and trauma-related concerns across the lifespan utilizing an eclectic approach that includes, but is not limited to, mindfulness-based cognitive behavior therapy, CBT, DBT and Internal Family Systems.
