Hello! Welcome to my profile! I became a therapist because I believe that real change is possible — not the kind that looks good on the outside while everything stays the same underneath, but the kind that actually shifts how you move through your life.

Outside the therapy room, I’m a competitor, a creator, and someone who takes the things he cares about seriously. I sing, train in boxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, compete in Yu-Gi-Oh at the local/regional level, and have a deep love for hip hop, and R&B music. I cook, I create, and I’m constantly learning. I bring that same energy — curious, direct, committed — into the work I do with clients.
