About Martha Aguilar, LMFT

Providing BIPOC centered therapy with a social justice and psycho-spiritual liberation consciousness. in California and Washington State My strengths are working with BIPOC and highly sensitive persons (HSP) who experience depression, oppression trauma, grief and loss, generational/ancestral trauma, and relationship difficulties. I strive to provide customized holistic services to meet your individual therapeutic needs and work collaboratively to meet your personal growth and healing goals. I am fat-positive, Health at Every Size (HAES) aware, and LGBTQ+-affirming. I provide reflection, education, and inquiry. My favorite approaches include inner-child work, shadow work, and attachment theory. In working with me, you will find a space where difficult emotions and traumatic experiences are held with respect and non-judgment
