My mission in life is to help and support individuals through each transition they embark upon. Assisting individuals through their journey to enlightenment is, and will always be, my primary focus, while nurturing their ability to believe that they are the experts in their own lives.

While working with 3 Roads Therapy, my specializations have included working with black women, youth, and young adults. As well as those persons living with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, and navigating life itself.

I obtained my master’s in social work from Salisbury University. I am currently enrolled in the Doctoral Social Work program at Morgan State University, which focuses on clinical work within the urban population. My current research is focused on Perinatal Mood Disorders within Black Men, utilizing a cross-cultural analysis.
