I am an empathic and transparent Licensed Mental Health Counselor who firmly believes that therapy is a gateway to healing, wholeness, forgiveness, and restoration. Using an eclectic therapeutic approach various therapies will be explored to help clients identify the root of their issues. Once identified, clients will begin to address and resolve past and present conflicts (personal, familial, career related,…etc) that impede optimal functioning in a warm and non-judgmental environment.

Clients will actively engage in both collaborative and independent activities, which will assist in insight development, increased self-confidence, and improved self-esteem. Due to my experience with diverse clientele, I have learned that no client is alike regardless of shared diagnoses, symptoms, or situational factors. Therefore, the focus is solely on helping clients achieve personalized goals by encouraging commitment, practice, and ongoing maintenance, while emphasizing a strength-based approach.
I am experienced in person-centered therapy, marriage and family therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, LGBTQ affirmative therapy, and various group specialties. I have worked as a mental health specialist/counselor/therapist in community-based organizations, outpatient hospital clinics, private practice, incarcerated settings, and telemedicine platforms for seven years.
