About Hee-Eun Helen Pak, ACSW, 102663
When we experience loss, in any way shape or form, it becomes a part of our lives forever. Grief exists in death and dying, loss of job, home, or relationships, moving, or losing autonomy, and does not discriminate against age, sexuality/gender identity, race/ethnicity, or religion. My goal in working with you is to help you find ways to cope, get comfortable navigating with and integrating grief into your life.
Additionally, I am passionate about working with clients who live with anxiety, depression, and/or trauma. My most recent experience is working with mandated youth who present all three, and I feel absolutely honored to be able to be a part of such an intricate part of their lives and equip my clients with tools to empower them.
I am deeply committed to supporting BIPOC individuals. As an Asian, I understand the impact injustice, ignorance, and bias has on one’s mental and emotional health. I come from a strengths-based perspective and aim to empower my clients, no matter the race/ethnicity, gender, religion, and/or sexuality.
I am excited to start this journey with you! I am available during the weekdays and some evenings. Please do not hesitate to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation.
“We do not want to lose our grief, because our grief is bound up with our love”
