Errica is a licensed psychotherapist located in the Birmingham/Hoover, AL metropolitan area. She specializes in the unique journeys to mental wellness specific to the Black community and other communities of color. Our lived experiences are unique, and she provides individual, family and couples therapy accordingly. Whether virtually or in person, client centered goals are established, and these goals are processed according to the client’s pace and engagement. Often, this requires working through childhood or adult trauma, unmet expectations, boundaries (or lack thereof), work-life balance, racial stress, and other painful situations.

Errica typically works with work with individuals and couples who are navigating relationship issues, mood and anxiety disorders, tragedy, trauma, and reproductive mental health concerns; as well as executives and athletes who are overcoming roadblocks in their advancement.
