Hi, I’m Erika, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida. Over the past seven years, I’ve worked in both hospital and private practice settings, supporting clients from a wide range of backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences. I have a special interest in working with individuals who are navigating relationship challenges or processing trauma and PTSD. It’s a privilege to help people challenge limiting beliefs, build their sense of self-worth, and feel more in control of their own stories.

I see therapy as a space where growth often begins with discomfort, and I aim to help my clients move through that discomfort with compassion and purpose. My own journey through healing as a young adult deeply shaped my path into this field. I know how transformative it can be to feel truly supported, and I hold that understanding at the core of my work. Life can be messy and unpredictable, but I believe that healing, rebuilding trust, and redefining boundaries is always possible, even in the hardest seasons.

What I find most meaningful in this work is creating a space where people feel seen, heard, and understood. There’s something powerful about helping someone realize they’re not alone and that healing doesn’t just happen, it transforms.

When I’m not in session, I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter, and close friends, relaxing by the beach, or volunteering in my church community.
