About Charonda P. Gardner, LPC, CPCS

I view therapy as a transformational process which allows us to look inward, explore the impact of life circumstances, and develop strategies for change.

While engaging in the therapeutic process, a safe space is provided which allows for healing, growth, and transformation. Not only do we learn healthier ways of coping, we tap into our inner ability to heal; hence, enhancing our abilities to develop more genuine relationships with ourselves as well as others.

I enjoy working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, unhealthy self-esteem, relationship discord, and life transitions/adjustments. I especially enjoy working with those who identify as Empath or Highly Sensitive, those attempting to understand their purpose, and those in search of their authentic selves.
