About Dr. Natalya Lindo

Great to meet you. If you’re navigating challenges such as cultural trauma, anxiety, depression, career transitions, or other complex life experiences, you don’t have to face them alone. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, career counselor and play therapist, I bring experience from private practice, schools, and community organizations. I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood as you explore your experiences and move toward meaningful change.

My approach is person-centered, fostering growth through warmth, authenticity, and non-judgment. In our work together, you’ll be met with empathy and unconditional positive regard so you can feel heard and empowered to make your own choices. Therapy moves at your pace, honoring your experiences while helping you build inner strength for healing and change.

I am dedicated to creating a space where you feel truly seen and valued. Using a person-centered, trauma-informed, and justice-oriented approach, I honor your unique story, cultural background, and personal strengths. Together, we’ll focus on fostering healing, growth, and empowerment in a way that supports your individual journey.
