About Dr. LaQuista Erinna, LCSW
Prioritize your self-care above all else.
You have everything you need to heal inside of you. As your clinician, I believe that prioritizing your physical and mental health and setting boundaries are critical to living a more fulfilling life. I will help you embrace self-care as I walk alongside you on your healing journey.
From clients to family, friends, and even myself, the story was always the same: taking care of others first. Trying to balance the responsibilities of home and work was only exacerbated by the pandemic and the ever-changing definition of work-life balance. After recognizing that many of my clients, particularly women, struggled with self-care, I shifted to address this concern.
I am a US Army veteran and served two tours of duty in Iraq. I have a doctorate in Behavioral Health from Arizona State University and a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, and trauma. Much of my previous experience involves working with professional women of color who struggle with interpersonal relationships and have a history of trauma.
I enjoy educating and inspiring others about mental health and wellness, resiliency, diversity, and women’s empowerment. It is always an honor for me to see clients through some of their most challenging situations, share their wins, and witness their progress.
