About Dr. Claudette of Wellbeing Designed, LLC

I recognize that when it comes to seeking therapy, you may just want more for yourself than what you are experiencing now. Therefore, my goal is to help you name what you are feeling or experiencing, and empower you to find answers, gain insights, and change. I address many issues including feeling anxious or depressed, but I focus mainly on the following: toxic and stressful workplaces, cultural identity development and exploration, stress, adjustment and major life transitions, first and second generation immigrant experiences, family conflict, and racial trauma/racism. My practice embraces diversity with regards to sexuality and sexual orientation, and I have a particular interest in working individuals who have cared for everyone but themselves. As a part of PSYPACT, I have privileges as well to provide teletherapy to over 39 states.

It is important to meet you where you are in the healing process, be authentic, and pay attention to cultural and societal contexts that impact us. All providers affiliated with my practice are women of color who share in that belief (see our pictures below). I look forward to working with you!
