About Dr. Adrienne Little
I am a dedicated and culturally attuned therapist specializing in forming a consistent relationship to help Black men and women to successfully meet life’s challenges and find symptom relief, success, and joy. I try to provide a warm and supportive environment for clients to come out of dark periods and accomplish their goals and dreams. Whether clients are exploring new career paths, dealing with loss, or navigating the challenges of relationships, I offer guidance to find personal growth.
My focus is on being your home for mental health services that you can return to as the need arises. I specialize in brief therapy addressing specific issues and achieving goals within a relatively short period of time, often in just a few months. The focus on achievable goals and solutions can enhance your motivation and engagement in the therapeutic process. Once you see concrete, observable growth, we can talk about graduation or maintenance. My door is always open.
I view therapy as a collaborative partnership, where clients are guided to recognize their own potential and make meaningful changes in their lives. My commitment to eliminating mental health stigma in the Black community is unwavering. It is ok to not be ok. Please schedule a free 15 minute call to determine how I can best meet your needs. I also offer a pre-therapy workbook that can be helpful, even if I am not the right clinician for you.
