Are you feeling under-motivated, stuck in a career you don’t want and thinking about a career change, or just not feeling any zest for life? Clients who come to me usually range from ages 15 to 45. They have faced significant challenges in their lives whether from immigration, domestic or physical violence, breakups, race, gender, sexuality, ethnic issues. Many come to me seeking help for their careers, relationships, mild or major depression, addiction, anxiety, self-esteem or PTSD symptoms. Most approaches in therapy only work with the mind and emotions; however, the latest research shows that healing is in the entire being, which includes work in the body.  I believe in the holistic perspective of working with the mind, emotions, and body.  This approach is based on Somatic Experiencing, Positive Psychology, EMDR, and CBT.
