About Deyanira Ruiz, LCSW

Whether therapy is a new step for you or a path you stepped off from and are returning to. Therapy is an opportunity to expand: self-awareness, skills, healing and live a more authentic life. Our work will be informed by the expert in the room: you. Anxiety, depression, stress and isolation are at an all-time high. Ingrained, unproductive thoughts and behaviors, old patterns, new fears may have caused disruptions in your life.
Together we will create a space that is welcoming, warm and enriched by your lived experience and are heard. My style is interactive, warm, practical and non-judgmental with a bit of humor. As a BIPOC, first generation American I can relate and identify with the challenges and exhaustion that every-day life can take on you just for existing as your authentic self.
