About Denise Montgomery, LICSW, LCSW-C, LMFT, RPT-S, CATP, BSP, CCATP, C-DBT, CCTP-II

I am an expert in the field of child welfare. My specialties include working with abused and neglected children who remain in the home or who may have transitioned into the foster care system. I utilize a variety of therapy methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Crisis Intervention techniques to achieve desirable outcomes. I have over 15 years of experience in providing therapeutic services to children and teens who exhibit difficulty coping with symptoms associated with ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and Trauma.

I also work with adults and families. I provide evidence based interventions to assist in managing Depressive Disorders, and Sexual Trauma which may have occurred in childhood, or as an adult. All persons regardless of sexual orientation, ethnic background or socioeconomic status are welcome to heal in a space that is supportive of you, our most esteemed client. Light a candle, grab a cup of tea and make the call to begin your healing process.

Esteemed Families, LLC also hosts a variety of educational workshops for mental health professionals who are seeking to further their clinical skills and earn CEUs. Click the link above to gain more information about our trainings.
