About Central Counseling Services

We are a diverse multi-clinican group practice that works we people that have experienced life’s bumpy roads. We understand that life at times is hard, in fact some time unbearable. We also know that life transitions are always easy and sometimes we all need a good cry. We also know that parenting can be a struggle and mental health often gets push to the back burner. We want to change that ,we want you to develop hope, resiliance and have people that understand you. We want you to feel good about you, taking care of your needs and feeling nurtured and supported. Alexia Harris, AMFT (She/Her) Black, women identified, military familes, teens and life transtions, trans or Queer issues, trauma, stigmatized experiences, parenting, marrital issues, substance abuse, EMDR trained.
