My focus has been on children, adolescents, and female concerns for most of my career. I enjoy using play therapy and person-centered therapy to address areas of trauma, self-harm, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and anger management. I enjoy working with families on parenting issues and reconnecting with your child. I find it important to collaborate with each client or family on their mental health and wellness. It is important to center your world in a manner that you are comfortable with for change to manifest.
