I work with busy and burned out Black women who are struggling with a fear of failure (perfectionism), people pleasing, and a low self-esteem that stems from childhood emotional wounds. These struggles also involve anxiety and depression to visit you at times. I help you to stop running from your emotions and compartmentalizing your hurt, so that you can connect to, and learn how to, manage your emotions. I can help you rebuild the relationship with yourself that is rooted in self-love, self-compassion, and self-interest.
