As a psychiatric provider, I love working with patients from all walks of life and hearing their stories. Each encounter is an adventure, and I collaborate with my patients to create a treatment plan that meets their unique needs. Many of the patients I have encountered have unfortunately been harmed by the mental health field. I provide individualized care focused on harm reduction and patient-centered recovery. I prioritize educating patients about their diagnosis and medication and building a therapeutic alliance that supports their journey.
It is my goal to give patients agency in their healthcare decision making to build trust and foster open communication. I specialize in treating the mental health of first and second generation children of immigrants, who often face unique challenges when seeking care.
