I am a recent graduate from University of Houston Clear Lake where I completed my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I enjoy working with a diverse set of people and helping them learn to love themselves. In my practice, I will work with you to create a therapeutic space for you to grow and gain insight into your thoughts and behaviors. I hope to provide you with tools to reduce the self-criticism, the cyclical thoughts, and the pain we carry from telling ourselves no, when we should be saying yes (or maybe you want to say no).
