Mindset Coaching Changes Realities By Dr. Shaniqua Lesesne, LISW-CP

The first step to living the life you want is to accept that change is possible. Once you realize that your thoughts and beliefs are not set in stone, you can begin to work on them. The process of changing your mindset is a journey—it’s not something that happens overnight. But with practice and the right tools, it will be worth it!
Mindset coaching helps clients to identify their limiting beliefs, as well as their strengths and weaknesses. By identifying these things, clients can then take actionable steps toward achieving their goals. They can also gain confidence in themselves and their abilities by developing new habits that support success in their lives. By increasing their awareness of self, they can take control of their lives in ways they never thought possible.
Mindset coaching focuses on helping you to better understand yourself so that you can make better decisions about your life. It helps you understand how your past experiences have shaped your beliefs, and what those beliefs mean for how you interact with others and how you make decisions.
It also helps you learn to focus on the things that make YOU happy instead of the things that other people tell you will make them happy (and sometimes don’t). When you are more aware of who YOU are and what YOU want out of life, it’s easier to move toward those things without getting sidetracked by other people’s expectations or ideas of what success means for them (not necessarily what it means for YOU).
Mindset coaching helps people realize that they don’t have to be afraid anymore; they don’t have to be held back by their own fears or insecurities; they can move forward into whatever their next chapter holds because they know who they are, where they’ve been, and where they want to go!
Mindset coaching has the power to change lives. It can help you increase your awareness of yourself, and it can help you begin to see the world in a new way.
One of the most important aspects of mindset coaching is that it helps you become aware of how your thinking affects how you feel at any given moment. Mindset coaching helps you understand how your thoughts affect your feelings, which then affect your actions. In turn, these actions have a direct impact on your reality.
This may seem like an abstract concept at first, but once you start learning about it and implementing some tools into your daily life, this idea becomes more tangible and concrete. You’ll be able to see how your thoughts affect everything around you—and that’s when things start changing!
You’ll be able to see how small changes in thought lead to big changes in attitude and behavior—and ultimately lead to better results in all areas of life.
Mindset coaching is a powerful tool to help you unlock your potential and reach your goals. It increases awareness of self and helps you understand the choices you make, which can lead to positive change.
Another step in mindset coaching is to identify what’s holding you back from reaching your goals. This can be anything from an inability to focus on tasks to not being able to set priorities effectively. Once this is identified, then it’s time for action: get started on building better habits!
As a mindset coach, I help my clients set realistic expectations for themselves so that they can achieve their goals without getting burned out. I also keep track of their progress and provide feedback along the way so that they can see, in real-time, how far they have come on their journey.
Mindset coaching can help improve your life in many ways: from increasing productivity at work or school; improving relationships with family members; helping with decision-making skills; managing stress levels; improving focus on tasks; setting priorities effectively; overcoming challenges; building self-confidence; achieving goals… the list goes on!
I think we’d all agree that mindset coaching is really powerful. It helps people see their lives in a new light, and it gives them the tools to change the things they don’t like about themselves or their current life circumstances.
I’m not just saying this because I’m an experienced mindset coach—it’s also because I’ve seen it happen time and time again with my past experiences. When someone comes to me and says, “I just want to be able to stay focused at work,” or “I want to be able to communicate better with my partner,” or “I want to stop sabotaging myself at every turn,” I know that by the end of our session together, they’ll have made some significant changes in their lives.
The reason for this is simple: mindset coaching provides a framework for understanding your behavior and making changes accordingly. If you can understand why you’re doing what you’re doing, then it becomes much easier for you to change it!
